Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 250 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree finely with sugar and cream. Pour into a bowl and freeze for at least 6 hours. Stir every 20-30 minutes (easier and faster: freeze in an ice cream machine).

    Allow to thaw a little just before serving.
