Nectarine Melon Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 500 g Honeydew melon
  • 3 (approx. 280 g) Nectarines
  • 2 (approx. 300 g) Bananas
  • 200 ml Coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 Nectarine slices to decorate

Directions

    Core, peel and dice the melon (approx. 350 g net). Wash the nectarines, dab dry, cut in half and remove the stone. Roughly dice the nectarines. Peel bananas and cut into pieces

    Put the fruit, coconut milk and lemon juice in a blender and puree finely. Divide into 4 glasses and decorate as desired with a nectarine wedge
