Peel 1 mango, cut the flesh off the stone. Peel 20 g fresh ginger and 20 g fresh turmeric, cut both into small pieces. Blend finely with mango and juice of 1 lime in a blender, adding juice of 3 oranges and approx. 1⁄2 l coconut water. Serve with crushed ice.
