Ingredients

  • 1 small organic orange
  • 1 bottle (750 ml each) dry white wine
  • 500 ml clear apple juice
  • 300 ml Aperol
  • 3-4 Tbsp Orange Syrup
  • 6 Glasses (350-400 ml capacity each)

Directions

    Wash the orange hot, dab dry and cut into 6 slices. Put white wine, apple juice, aperol, orange syrup and orange slices in a pot and heat slowly. (Do not let it boil)

    Spread the hot aperol (just under 1.6 l, makes about 250 ml per glass) together with the orange slices in 6 glasses. Serve with or without straw.
