Ingredients

  • 2 Bottles (0,75 l each) dry white wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated peel of 1 organic lime
  • 8 Stem(s) Mint
  • 350 ml Elderflower syrup

Directions

    Heat white wine with lime juice and lime zest. Wash mint and shake dry. Put 1 stalk of mint into 8 glasses. Pour the syrup into the white wine, pour it hot into the glasses and serve immediately
