Ingredients

  • 500 g cooked turkey from the previous day
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped filling from the previous day
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Poultry sauce from the previous day
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked potatoes from the previous day
  • 2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

    Warm up the remaining large turkey pieces and minced meat filling in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ circulating air: 125 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 30 minutes. Wash and clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in boiling salted water for approx. 15 minutes

    Warm the remaining small turkey pieces in the remaining sauce. Cut the potatoes into slices. Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes for about 12 minutes while turning. Season with salt

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Pour the Brussels sprouts into a sieve and let them drip off. Heat butter and fry onion cubes for about 4 minutes. Add the sprouts and season with salt and nutmeg. Arrange on plates
