Spicy Chai-Lassi with tea and yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 tea bags (for 1 cup) black tea
  • 5 Cardamom Capsules
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 knife tip Coriander
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cardamom capsules and cinnamon

Directions

    Brew tea and cardamom with 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bag and cardamom and allow to cool. Mix yoghurt, sugar, coriander and cinnamon with the tea. Pour into glasses and serve sprinkled with cardamom and cinnamon
