Mashed potatoes with truffle butter

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4-6 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 200-250 ml Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 3-4 Tsp Truffle butter (glass)

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes, cover and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck and chop the leaves.

    Warm up the milk. Drain potatoes, add milk and butter and mash finely with a potato masher. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Stir in thyme and truffle butter.
