Wash 2 organic limes hot, dry and cut into pieces. Peel 1 mango (approx. 300 g), cut the flesh from the stone and dice. Spread the limes with 4 tbsp. brown sugar on the glasses and crush them with a bar pestle. Add mango cubes. Add 4 cl sugar cane brandy (cachaça) per glass, fill up with crushed ice and soda water.
