For 4 glasses: wash, clean, pat dry and quarter 1 kg of strawberries. Mix with 200 g sugar and leave to stand for about 1 hour until juice has formed. Pour 1⁄2 l cold white or rosé wine and 1⁄4 l strawberry wine over it and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Pour strawberry punch into four long drink or white wine glasses and fill up with 1 bottle (0.75 l) of cold prosecco.
