Cranberry-Sour with pomegranate

Ingredients

  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 0,75 l Cranberry nectar
  • 2 Limes
  • 16 cl Vodka
  • 16 cl Orange liqueur
  • 1 bottle(s) (à 0.75 l) Sparkling mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cubes or crushed ice

Directions

    Lightly tap the pomegranate all around with a spoon (this will help the seeds to come off better). Cut the pomegranate in half. Knock the seeds out, catching the juice. Mix pomegranate seeds and juice with cranberry and lime juice.

    Put 3-4 ice cubes or crushed ice in each glass, then add 2 cl vodka and 2 cl Cointreau. Add the cranberry mix. Top up with mineral water. Decorate with mint leaves as desired.
