Ingredients

  • 2 litres clear apple juice
  • 3 bags Mulled wine spice
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 150 ml Caramel sauce
  • 50 ml Caramel sauce

    Heat up Llaren apple juice with mulled wine spice and let it steep for 8-10 minutes. Whip the whipped cream until semi-stiff. Remove spice bag, stir caramel sauce into the hot apple juice. Pour punch into glasses (à approx. 300 ml). Carefully spread the cream on top. Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve immediately.
