Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Mint
  • 150 g frozen blackberries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 300 ml white rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Wash the mint, shake dry and put something aside for garnishing. Pluck off the remaining leaves. Mix with frozen blackberries, sugar and rum and chill for about 2 hours.

    Fill four glasses with ice cubes and add the rum mixture. Pour mineral water to taste and garnish with mint sprigs.
