For the marinade, mix 8 tablespoons of light balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Peel or clean and wash 2 onions and 2 peppers. Finely dice with 250 g g gherkins and 250 g Landjägern. Wash 1 bunch of chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Mix everything with the marinade and fill into portion jars with swing stoppers. It goes well with farmhouse bread.
