Mix breadcrumbs and pepper. Wash the meat, dab dry and coat each fillet with mustard. Cut the fillets into 5 pieces each. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each piece. Turn the rolls in breadcrumbs and put them on an oiled baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 40 minutes. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Remove the rolls and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
