Avocado and onion salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 6 green jalapeƱos
  • 1 collar Coriander
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 Limes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean chilli and jalapeƱos, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine rings. Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Halve avocados, remove seeds, remove flesh from skin and dice finely.

    Squeeze the limes. Mix the juice with the prepared ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
