Mexican Grill Marinade

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Coriander
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pickled green pepper
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 2 red chillies
  • 50 ml Tomato juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop finely. Finely crush pepper in a mortar. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash lime hot, grate dry, grate peel thinly. Use the rest of the lime for other purposes. Wash, clean and finely dice the chillies.

    Mix tomato juice, oil and the prepared ingredients. Marinate the grilled food with it for about 3 hours. Shortly before grilling, remove the barbecue food from the marinade, dab dry and season with salt.
