Ingredients

Servings: 20
  • 2 fresh pizza dough (à 400 g; refrigerated shelf)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS red pesto
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Roll out the pizza dough one after the other on some flour. Remove baking paper. Spread half pesto on each dough. Roll up from the long side and cut into about 10 slices each.

    Press the slices of dough with your hands to form flat cakes. Bake in portions on the hot grill at direct heat for about 5 minutes, turning several times.
