Coconut milk with banana

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 (500 ml) Mug of buttermilk
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Coconut cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp some sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 12 Coconut chips to decorate

Directions

    Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Puree the bananas, buttermilk and coconut cream in a blender. Sweeten with some sugar if necessary. Dip the rim of a glass in lemon juice and turn it in grated coconut.

    Pour coconut milk into the glasses and decorate with coconut chips.
