Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut off the ends, peel and dice the cucumber. Wash the dill, dab dry and cut off the lower stem ends. Halve melon, remove seeds with a tablespoon.
Peel and dice the flesh. Clean dandelions (cut off lower ends), wash and cut into strips. Put cucumber, melon, dill and dandelion in a universal chopper and chop.
Add yoghurt and mix everything again. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with dandelion, cucumber slice, dill pennant and dill blossom as desired.
Results in approx. 900 ml.
