  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 400 g Buttermilk
  • 3 Dill flags
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chive blossoms

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces. Wash chives, cut into small rolls. Puree cucumber pieces, lemon juice, buttermilk and dill flakes in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mint stalks and let it steep a little. Serve garnished with chive flowers
