Ingredients

  • 500 g Carrots
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Papaya
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 orange
  • 4 (à 100 g) Cup of yoghurt drink
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange and balm

Directions

    Peel, wash and chop the carrots. Halve papaya, remove seeds. Dice flesh. Put 4 papaya cubes aside. Juice the rest of the papaya and carrots in the juicer. Mix honey, orange juice, yoghurt drink and carrot-papaya mix. Decorate with lemon balm, rest of papaya and orange
