  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Federation Chervil
  • 1 l Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3-4 Tbsp Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel

Directions

    Peel the cucumber and cut into large pieces. Wash the chervil, dab dry. Put some stems aside for garnishing. Pluck the rest of the leaves from the stems. Puree buttermilk, cucumber, chervil leaves and lemon juice. Season to taste with honey and fill into glasses. Garnish with lemon peel and chervil
