Ingredients

  • 250 g Carrots
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 1 Passion Fruit

Directions

    Clean, wash, peel and cut the carrots into small pieces. Wash and peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone. Quarter the pineapple, cut off 1 pineapple slice and put aside for decoration, remove the flesh from the peel and cut into pieces. Cut the passion fruit in half and remove the pulp with a spoon. Put carrots, pineapple, mango and passion fruit through a juice centrifuge. Pour the juice into a glass and decorate with the pineapple split
