  • 1 l Vegetable juice (from jars or tins)
  • 1 small red and
  • 7-10 Tbsp green pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Stir the vegetable juice well so that it does not settle. Pour into four glasses. Quarter the peppers, remove the seeds, wash and cut into very fine cubes. Add the diced peppers to the vegetable juice and season with a touch of pepper and a little salt.
