Herbal drink with cucumber

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small cucumber (approx. 300 g)
  • 1 collar Dill, parsley and chives
  • 1 (500 ml) Cup of kefir
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. sherry vinegar)

Directions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove the seeds and cut it into large pieces. Wash the herbs and dab dry. Pluck dill and parsley from the stalks. Chop the chives coarsely. Put cucumber, herbs and kefir in a mixer and puree.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour into glasses, garnish with dill and chives flowers and serve.
