  • 500 g Rote Bete (= 350 g net; = 150 ml Saft)
  • 1 (approx. 150 g; = 90 ml juice) sour apple
  • 75 ml Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp beetroot leaf

    Peel beetroot and apple. Cut into smaller pieces and juice them. Mix with buttermilk and serve garnished with a beetroot leaf
