  • 300 g Carrots (=100 ml juice)
  • 500 g Celeriac (=300 g net; = 125 ml juice)
  • 400 g R
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 Radishes
  • 1 Protein

    Peel and wash the carrots, celery and radish. Cut the vegetables into slightly smaller pieces and squeeze them with a juicer. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the radishes, dice them very finely. Dip the edge of the glass first in egg white, then in diced radishes. Pour the juice and serve
