Apple-carrot drink made from fresh apples and carrots

Ingredients

  • 500 g Apples
  • 750 g Carrots
  • 1 untreated lemon

Directions

    Peel, quarter and core the apples and put them through the juice centrifuge. Pour juice into a carafe. Peel and chop carrots and also juice them. Mix with the apple juice. Wash the lemon, peel thinly and hang the peel in the glasses as decoration.

    Squeeze the lemon, and season the drink with the lemon juice.
