Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Egg Yolk
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 0,5 l Beetroot juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Dill

Directions

    Beat the egg yolk and sour cream well. Stir in beetroot juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash dill and chop finely. Pour drink into glasses and sprinkle with dill.
