  • 100 ml Drinking whey pure
  • 50 ml Tomato juice
  • 50 ml Carrot juice
  • 50 ml Orange juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Wheat germ oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Mix whey, tomato, carrot and orange juice and oil, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour into a glass and serve with straws or a lemon wedge
