Carrot and milk mix with beetroot

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 200 g beetroot
  • 250 g Apples
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some Tabasco

Directions

    Peel carrots and beetroot. Cut both into large pieces. Wash apples and cut into pieces. Put everything into a juicer and collect the juice. Mix with the milk. Season the vegetable milk with salt, pepper and possibly Tabasco.
