Vegetable Drink with Dill

Ingredients

  • 125 ml Tomato juice
  • 125 ml Carrot juice
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 Dill stalk for garnishing

Directions

    Pour tomato and carrot juice into a mixing cup. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut off 2 thin slices for garnishing, put aside. Cut the rest into small pieces. Wash the dill, dab dry and add to the juice with the cucumber.

    Puree with the cutting stick. Season to taste with pepper and Worcester sauce. Pour the drink into a glass and garnish with cucumber slices and dill.
