  • 1 Red beetroot
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp yellow cherry tomatoes

    Peel the beetroot and cut it into pieces. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Press the ingredients through a juicer, collect the juice. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Top up with iced mineral water. Serve garnished with yellow cherry tomato panicles
