Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash peppermint, dab dry and cut the leaves into strips. Mix yoghurt, yoghurt drink, 1 pinch of salt and garlic. Fold in mint and 2/3 cucumber.
Fill ice cubes into glasses. Pour yoghurt drink over them. Sprinkle with remaining cucumber cubes and decorate with mint. Serve ice-cold
