  • 125 ml Carrot juice
  • 125 ml Kefir
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON sweetened sea buckthorn juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress

Directions

    Mix carrot juice with kefir, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sweetened sea buckthorn juice. Pour into a beaker and serve immediately garnished with a cress tuft
