Ingredients

  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 500 g well-chilled kefir
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Instant oat flakes
  • 2 (200 ml each) Bottles Fruit 2 day pineapple-banana flavor
  • 7-10 Tbsp Baby pineapple slices

Directions

    Clean the chillies, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash and chop finely. Puree kefir, buttermilk, 1 pinch of salt, oat flakes, chillies and fruit preparation in portions in a mixer.

    Decorate with pineapple slices.
