  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 1 (50 g) Kiwi
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves and cucumber zests

Directions

    Wash the cucumber, peel 5 zests. Wash the kiwi. Cut a slice from the middle for decoration. Peel cucumber and kiwi, cut roughly into pieces. Fill apple juice and lemon juice into a high container.

    Add cucumber and kiwi pieces and puree. Pour cucumber and kiwi shake into a glass and decorate with mint, kiwi slice and cucumber zests.
