  • 100 g Carrots
  • 300 g Soured milk
  • 1/2 l Tomato juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice

    Wash, clean and finely grate the carrots. Mix soured milk with tomato juice, grated carrots and sugar. Flavour with Tabasco and lemon juice.
