Ingredients

  • 50 g Spinach
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 6 Basil leaves
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth
  • 1/8 l Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash the spinach thoroughly and drain well. Peel the garlic. Cook the spinach, basil and garlic in the boiling broth for about 5 minutes. Puree the spinach and broth in the blender attachment of the food processor. Stir buttermilk into the spinach and season with salt and pepper
