Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Additives for 2 glasses (0.25 l each):
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 cm ginger root
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 thick slice of fresh pineapple

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel, clean and chop the ginger and carrots. Peel the pineapple slice. Juice everything together, divide into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
