Ingredients

  • 1 Perennial celery
  • 1 Honeydew melon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Celery

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the celery into pieces. Halve the melon, remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into pieces. Juice both in a juice centrifuge.

    Sweeten the juice with honey if necessary. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a piece of celery as desired.
