  • 1/4 Mango (approx. 100 g)
  • 125 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Coconut milk
  • 1 Splash lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp (5 g) Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Peel the mango. Cut the flesh into small pieces and puree together with yoghurt and coconut milk. Season to taste with lime juice and honey. Serve in a glass, possibly with crushed ice.
