Wash the strawberries, drain and put 4 berries aside for decoration. Clean the rest and dice 100 g finely. Puree 3/4 of the ice cubes with the remaining strawberries and 40 g sugar. Put the iced strawberry puree in a bowl and place in the freezer for a short time.
In the meantime, wash, peel and halve the papaya. Remove seeds and cut the flesh into pieces. Wash the lime and finely grate half of the peel. Squeeze the lime. Purée papaya, lime juice and zest, remaining sugar, ice cubes and mango nectar as well.
Stir the strawberry pieces into the strawberry puree and divide into 4 glasses. Fill up with papaya mango juice and serve decorated with strawberry and mint.
