Wash the orange thoroughly and peel off a long spiral with the peeler. Roll up the peel, put it on its side and cut it with a knife until it is about halfway cut. Cut the orange in half and squeeze it. Drain the peach, dice roughly and add to the buttermilk. Add 5 tablespoons orange juice and puree. Fill the drink into a glass, put the orange peel on the edge and decorate with lemon balm
