  • 1 Banana
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 150 g low-fat yoghurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Wheatgerm
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 75 ml cold orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange

    Peel the banana, cut it up roughly and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put into a blender. Add well chilled yoghurt, wheat germ, honey and orange juice. Mix vigorously and serve immediately. Decorate with orange
