Wash 1 apple, cut in half, cut off a few wafer-thin slices for decoration. Sprinkle slices with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and set aside. Cut the rest of the apples into quarters, core and peel. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces, put them in the blender, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Cut the peach in half, remove the stone.
Peel halves, dice flesh. Pour peach pulp, apple and peach juice and hazelnuts into the blender and puree. Put apple slices on skewers. Decorate glasses with them
