Banana butter milk with apple and sea buckthorn juice

  • 300 g Bananas
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 500 g Fruit Buttermilk (Mutivitamin from 10 fruits)
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 80 ml Sea buckthorn juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple slices and mint

    Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Puree with the buttermilk, apple juice and sea buckthorn juice in 2 portions in a blender. Divide into 4 glasses. Lightly roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat and sprinkle into the glasses. Serve decorated with apple slice and mint leaf
