- 1 washer (approx. 75 g) Peach cream ice cream
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 TABLESPOON sweetened sea buckthorn
- 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
Directions

Cut the ice into cubes. Whip two cubes with buttermilk, sea buckthorn and lemon juice in a mixer until creamy. Pour into a glass and add the remaining ice cubes.
