Mix lemon juice and 400 ml water. Freeze overnight in ice cube container. Wash the mint, cut it from the stems and pour 750 ml of boiling water over it. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, pour through a sieve and chill well. Clean, wash, coarsely chop and puree the strawberries. Coarsely crush ice cubes and stir into the tea with the strawberries. Serve decorated with fresh mint
